When you work with us on identifying and selecting your required supply chain professionals you are not committed to using us as a sole recruiter and you do not pay for our services until the first day of work for the successful candidate.

We require a job description for the required position. This should include roles and responsibility, reporting structure, education and experience required, the salary range and any other benefits.

We require an e-mail confirmation of our terms and conditions before a search can take place.

Our fee for the recruitment assignment is 18% of the total candidate’s first annual salary

Our fee is payable on the first day of the successful candidate’s work. No payment on your part is required until that day.

If the candidate’s employment is terminated before the first 3 months period for reasons that are entirely due to his/her performance, 50% of the recruiting fee will be returned.
